Virtual Platforms Accelerate RISC-V SoC Software Development
The design freedoms of RISC-V offer systems and SoC developers new flexibility to build domain specific processors, optimized for the requirements of the target application and domain. This is driving the growing adoption of RISC-V, however, software is still needed on these new platforms. This could be entirely new software, or porting legacy applications, firmware, libraries and operating systems to the RISC-V platform.
